CLEAN, THEN DRY

A simple hose-care flow.

Controls and included accessories vary by model. Use only the power adapter and connectors intended for your MOZZPAD product.

1

Wash as directed

Disconnect the hose and follow its manufacturer’s instructions. Use mild soap and water when permitted.

2

Remove excess water

Gently shake out visible droplets before connecting a powered dryer.

3

Connect the round end

Use the intended straight or Y connection. Never force a tight or incompatible connector.

4

Select airflow

Current models use 10-speed adjustment. Timer models use 3 speeds plus 1H / 2H / 4H and auto shut-off.

5

Check before storage

Drying time varies by remaining water, hose type, airflow setting and room conditions.

CONNECTOR GUIDE

Use the hose end that matches the adapter.

Compatibility is determined by the usable connector end, not only by the hose or CPAP machine name.

Hose typeGuidanceWhat to do
Standard 22 mm roundClearest match

Seat the round connector gently on the intended adapter.

Slim / straight heatedModel-dependent

Use the round end that fits. Stop if the fit is unusually tight.

T-shaped heatedUse non-contact end

Connect the end without the chip or electronic contacts to the dryer adapter.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Common questions.

The dryer does not turn on

Fully seat every power connection, confirm the outlet works and select an airflow setting. For timer models, select the timer and speed according to the supplied guide. Stop and contact support if the unit remains unresponsive.

The airflow feels weaker than expected

Check the hose and adapter connection, remove kinks and inspect the intake/filter area for blockage. Airflow can feel different between hose sizes and one- versus two-hose configurations.

There is still water in the hose

Remove standing water before drying. More remaining water, lower airflow, two-hose use and room conditions can all increase drying time.

Which end of a T-shaped heated hose should I connect?

Use the hose end without the chip or electronic contacts. That round end can provide a better seal with the dryer adapter. Never connect or force the electronic-contact end.

The dryer sounds unusual or becomes abnormally hot

Stop use, unplug the product and contact MOZZPAD Support. Do not open, modify or continue operating a unit that appears damaged or behaves abnormally.
